Managed updates apply to your clinic website, so Basic — which has no website — includes none. Starter includes 2 over the two-year term; Growth and AI Plus include 4.
What we do not charge for
No per-patient fee, no per-appointment fee, no setup fee. Patients, doctors, appointments and staff logins are not capped.

You choose a package and carry on in the same system, with your trial data already in it. If you decide not to continue, nothing happens automatically and you are not charged.
